Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags, labels, and original packaging. We may request supporting images or videos to help us assess the issue and process your return efficiently.

To start a return, you can contact us at talktokalvah@gmail.com. Returns will be handled by us and our authorized service partners if the request meets our eligibility criteria. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that a nominal return charge will be deducted if the return is due to a change of mind or preference. We usually do not accept return and refund for such reasons, but in rare cases of continuous customer request, we may consider it as an exception. However, approval in such cases is not guaranteed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched, as our fulfillment process begins immediately after you place your order.
Please review your order carefully before completing the payment.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related goods (such as beauty or wellness products)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return has been accepted and processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
